Erica- No, you do not have to be a full timer to receive benefits. Most of the Arby’s restaurant jobs are part-time, unless you are seeking an Assistant manager, Manager, or General Manager position. In that case you would be full time.
Matt- You get trained while you work. In other words, yes you will have to come in on your 1st day for about a 3-5 hour orientation and training. You WILL be paid for this. Most of the teaching will be done during your shift.

I am going to fill out an application for Arby’s really soon. I am curious to know do you have to be a full timer to receiver any benefits, or can you work part time and get benefits as well?
