Arizona Tile does drug test for new hires, and it is possible you have to submit to drug tests while on the job at the discretion of your manager if you are making lots of mistakes or you just are generally acting like you’re on drugs. You do not pay for any of the tests. So if you get an interview and they ask for you to take a drug test, if you pass there’s a good chance you’ll get hired since they’re paying for it. (All tests are urine tests, and they send you somewhere else to take them – you don’t do it at work).
I am not sure about the background check. I believe every human resource department for any company does a background check. On the application for new hires, it only asks about felony convictions. No misdemeanor convictions or arrests. They don’t ask for fingerprints or a physical.
They do yearly performance reviews from the day you are hired. And usually this is where you get a raise. So you will usually get a raise once a year.
They do Christmas bonuses for all employees, but have reduced that since 2008.
At Arizona tile do they get bonuses or not? During the interview should I ask or wait until my first day of work?
