my daughter in law has worked at Babies r us for 2 years…just enough hours to keep her under full time . now she has relocated to another store and is full time. she has a husband and baby yet still has no benefits or access to them . The normal sign up for most companies is now yet they have stated she has to wait until next July. If this is true, why make this benefit so difficult to obtain. She has proven to be a loyal and dependable employee who needs these benefits and is willing to pay the group rate.. can you assist with this. Her family needs health care now….. any help would be appreciated…..Thanks…
ps: she has only been at new store full time for about 6 weeks. they stated they bridged her time from other store. what is the policy on this and now thats she is full time can she sign up for health benefits now. Thanks
