Just came back from my interview at Bakers square.. She asked me what my availability was and what experience I had. She also asked if she were to call my last employer what would they say about me.. The manager who interviewed me was an older lady and was really easy going. While I was waiting one of the girls working there brought me to a table and brought me a water. My advice is go in smiling and relaxed and you’ll do great. Try and ask at least one question.. Stay away from asking how much is the pay.. It makes it look like ur more interested in pay rather than tje job itself. Try asking a question like how many shifts are there and or what are the bakers square hours?…
