Then, I’m listening to the general manager go, “Okay, if your mom can’t get you here, how are you going to get here?” He said, “I’ll walk,” and we asked, “How far do you live?” The kid said it was about five to seven miles, something like that. And I was like, “You’re going to walk five to seven miles, work a full shift, and walk back home?” And he got the job and he did do it a couple of times. I saw him. I thought that was a good answer.

Burger King Hiring Manager: I think most times you get a good feeling from the person sitting across from you. If they’re not looking around or acting like they’re bored with you… as long as you hold the attention of the interviewer, I think it’s usually good.
