A lot of times, you’re working with a bunch of people you don’t know. They expect you to be flexible and you got to be willing to go wherever they put you.

Once you’ve been submitted, they do like a big group interview if they’re taking you and then from the group interview, they’ll give you a call back so you come back for a second interview. I think it’s different for entertainment if you’re working there, but as far as food and stuff … After that, wait. They’ll let you know if they’re thinking of hiring you and you’re going to drug test, background check and you wait for those to clear and then they’ll bring you on, they do orientation and start working.
