I applied for a team member position at the Culpeper, Virginia location on 4/17/2012, which was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., I arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule (as you normally do for an interview). The process was very unprofessional, I was interviewed by a panel of 3 employees at different times. I was asked “how old are you?”, which is against the federal law, and how I would like working with “teenagers”. This process took almost 45 minutes to complete. Towards the end of the interview, I was told abut the hiring process and someone would contact me on Friday, 4/20/12, well friday went by and today is Tuesday 4/24/12, no word yet.
