Hi ia am a 45 year old married male looking to drive as a proffesional truck driver in America, I have 25 years trucking expericance and have had a life long dream to work in America. I am in the process of applying for my working Visa and would like to know if you can be of assistance or can refer me to someone that can assist me. To obtain a visa permitting a traveler to be employed while in the U.S.:
A U.S. employer must file a petition (I-129) in the U.S. to authorize employment for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS).
December 11th, 2010 at 12:34 pmIf the petition is approved, the USCIS will forward the “Notice of Action/Approval” (Form I-797) to the employer.
The employer will then forward the Form I-797 to you.
Without an approved petition Form I-797 a visa cannot be processed.
I have a CDL but no one will me a chance because I am young and not experienced. I think I am going to fill out an application for Crete and hopefully they will give me a job!
