Interviewer: Please describe your job title and primary duties with McDonalds.
McDonalds Employee: My job title at McDonalds was crew member. What I did was, I worked the back and front booth, the cash registers, the grill, and basically, like, cleaning.

Interviewer: What was the work environment like at McDonalds?
McDonalds Employee: It was good, comfortable work environment. It was basically… it was somewhere I wouldn’t like working all the time, but I would work there.

Interviewer: What was your favorite part about working for McDonalds?
McDonalds Employee: Just basically the people, like, the environment and people I was around. It was a good environment. Basically, I learned how to do some new stuff there, too.

Interviewer: Please describe a typical day as a McDonalds crew member.
McDonalds Employee: The McDonalds I worked at, it was always busy, so everybody was always working.

Interviewer: How would you describe the application and interview process with McDonalds?
McDonalds Employee: It was easy, but it was long, very long. 35 questions.

Interviewer: What should an applicant wear to the McDonalds job interview?
McDonalds Employee: Well, I think everybody should just dress casual. They really wouldn’t say anything about what you had on, if it wasn’t just ridiculous or nothing.

Interviewer: What questions did the interviewer ask during the job interview?
McDonalds Employee: Have I ever had any work experience in there? But the first time I got hired, I didn’t. They asked us, “Would it be a good environment for you to work in?” I said, “Yeah, basically.” It was just… After that, she was just asking me questions about when I could start working.

Interviewer: What other advice would you give to a job seeker looking to gain employment with McDonalds?
McDonalds Employee: Clean cut, because they don’t like the facial hair thing. They like you to speak loud and clear. And they basically want you to learn in the time they give you. So you got to be a quick learner.
