depending on your position, i am not sure. but i am a model at a hollister store and we do not get paid for our sick days. you must make sure another person of your position is able to cover your shift for you or it could get you in a lot of trouble. the way it works for me is, i only get paid for the hours. i am punched in no matter if i had a shift scheduled that day or not, whoever punches in for my shift get paid for it. i am not too sure how it works exactly but this is what i believe happens.
I am thinking about applying for the sales associate position at Hollister. Before I do can anyone tell me if they offer any paid sick days? I would like to work for a company that offers these types of benefits.
