I want to fill out an application for Hot Topic, but I don’t have a lot of experience in the sales associate field. Will they be willing to train me?

I’ve been a long time customer at Hot Topic. I went to apply online, the process was GROOOLING, and I don’t think you can even technically apply unless they have an opening, at least that’s how the site was set up. Im going to go back into the local store and see if they can further assist me, It would be a great place to work!

Proper spelling and punctuation is important to master for any job. Apply, not applie, grueling, not grooling, that’s, not thats, I’m, not Im. Even if you are applying for a job at hot topic, you need to communicate effectively.

I would like to figure out if Hot Topic would hire someone who doesn’t have a SS# and or would be willing to work out something with the employee. I am an “uprising” tattoo/piercing artist and would like to start saving up money in order to purchase things I need to start my apprenticeship such as: Needles, Ink, Tattoo Guns, Jewlery ect.. In the upcoming fall, I am also going to be attending college. Assuming that I am going to major in some sort of art and or business does anybody know of any information concerning this matter? Also, if I get a Hot Topic job, will they work and be flexible with my school schedule?

I have the style and personality to work here! I hope the online application involves a personality test because I will nail that for sure. I can work with people or I can be in the back arranging stuff. I would be happy either way! As long as I can be a hot topic employee!
