Founded by Al and Jerry Lapin in 1958, International House of Pancakes, or IHOP, first opened in Toluca Lake, California. Im 16 about to be 17 in september! I would love to work at Ihop. I think I would be great at this job. I wanna show people how I really can be responsible and more importantly myself.
