Job Interview Question & Answer: If You Could Work For Any Company, Where Would You Work?

How to Answer the Question:

This is the perfect opportunity during a job interview to let them know what you’re looking for. Avoid being specific in this instance. Instead, try to paint a broad picture of the type of company you would like to work for, rather than a specific company.

Telling a future employer that you’d rather work somewhere else during the hiring process is never a good idea. Saying that you enjoy a fast-paced work environment that allows for flexible schedules and pays a competitive salary based on work experience is the type of answer they’re looking to hear. Regardless of your dream job, never make it obvious during an interview that this isn’t your ideal dream job. Instead, let them know that it’s a step in the right direction, and that you think they can help you get there.

I am not sure where I would work but as long as it was interesting and somewhat fast-paced and had flexible hours, that would be fine.
