Job Interview Question & Answer: What Are The Steps You Follow To Study A Problem Before Making A Decision?

How to Answer the Question:

At this point in the job interview, the employer is looking for particular people to weed out of the hiring process or to give preference to. The employer is specifically looking for a couple of things. First, the interviewer will try to gauge whether or not you can solve problems well and whether or not you can avoid common pitfalls. Then, they’ll try to figure out how you interact with management and clients when the directions are unclear. Finally, the interviewer will judge how well you can work to accomplish a problem regardless of whether or not you’re alone or working in a team.

In your answer, emphasize communication with management, coworkers, and clients, if applicable. Describe an instance where planning and forethought led to desirable results for an employer. Be sure not to make yourself sound overly dependent on working in a group or too headstrong to work well with others. Remember to stay positive.

I have to make sure I understand the problem thoroughly.
I will compare the yes and no which one give me the most benefit
If it is a lot of money or safety I have to think over and over.
I love to ask opinion from my vest friend.
The successful business is very calm, so I need to be more calm.
