Job Interview Question & Answer: Tell Me About A Challenge At Work You Faced (And Overcame) Recently

How to Answer the Question:

This is a chance to talk about a time you excelled while solving problems in another job. Talk about minor crises you solved, employee arguments you resolved, customer complaints you took care of, or any other times when problem-solving and interpersonal skills worked to your advantage. Talk about occurrences where you shined as the good guy and heroically saved the day.

Do not talk about personal relationships with bosses, co-workers, or customers. In this response, they want to know how you deal with possible issues. You can use specific examples but avoid casting others in a bad light. Discuss a difficult customer interaction but make sure the interviewer knows you don’t fault the customer. Don’t refer to your former boss by a degrading name or discuss his terrible management style. Do not appear confrontational. Do not discuss failures.

If I have never really had a challenge how would I respond to this question? I mean I definitely shouldn’t say nothing right?

I believe I can not speak English well enough to be a customer service. I just overcome by Jenny;s email before I applied this job.
