How to Answer the Question:
An employer is looking for work strengths and examples of how you have excelled at previous jobs. Highlight your strong job qualities specifically relevant to the company or work you’re interviewing for. Talk about your strengths with customer service, employee relations, work dedication, and other qualities a boss may desire in prospective associates. Keep your answer to the point and do not become talkative.
This is not the time to discuss strengths you have at the bar or while playing video games. This is also not the time to discuss job weaknesses. Never reveal weaknesses to a potential employer. Do not take this speaking opportunity to discuss pay or salary, work benefits, or other things best left for a different part of the job interview. Answer this question to the best of your ability and keep your answers tailored to work or job-related experiences only.

I don’t have any experience in applying and working here in Washington but when I was in the Philippines I am a hard worker.I was a working student in college.My previous jobs are sales associate in the Pharmacy,10 years as a nanny, caretaker of a grocery store,and I experience taking care of an old woman..I worked in the farm too..If I have a job I will took it seriously and have dedication on it and obey all the rules and regulation..

would work as an answer for this question

Employers want someone who is friendly and able to communicate well with others. They don’t want someone who will “slack off” or be late to work. Just listr things that describe you in general as a person and you should be just fine.(unless your a bad person)
