Job Interview Question & Answer: What Will You Miss About Your Current / Last Job?

How to Answer the Question:

Again, stay positive and professional during all portions of the hiring process. Never talk about work outings or personal interests. Be honest without going into too much detail. If you liked your coworkers or the work environment, it is sufficient to say you will miss the relationships you formed with the staff at your last job.

Stray away from answers that could get you into trouble during the job interview and keep answers brief. There could be a lot of other questions you need to answer. Don’t talk about being let go or how you’d rather continue working there. Keep your focus on this company and this interview. Talk about how you hope to find an even better work environment here.

I would have to say the people. Once you have worked with people for so long you get attached and you form bonds that you don’t want to be broken. I am a great people person and I always get along with everyone.
