It’s really a world class experience in the fast food industry, and I am still a team member with kfc. 6 months ago, I joined the team at kfc for spending money, but after entering this industry I have decided to grow my career here. It’s a good experience!

I worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken for 6 months. I was a cashier for the front counter and drive thru window. That came with duties of me smiling and making the customer feel welcome and also making sure the lobby is always neat. I loved my job, my coworker made me feel welcome. They treated me as if I was family. KFC was my first job so I was a little nervous at first but it was a great experience.

I worked for KFC for almost 3 years. I was the lobby attendant and also kept the buffet. I talked to all the customers, even the little ones. I really enjoyed my coworkers and the hours. I met a lot of people that still talked to today. I enjoyed all my co-workers, they were easy to get along with and friendly.

I started working for KFC in July of 2016 as a part time cook. My area coach saw how quickly I caught on and began cross training me, and before I knew it I was performing the duties of Assistant Unit Manager. Then, in April 2017, she offered me a salary, and the keys to my own store as the Restaurant General Manager! I spent the next two years building my store, and increased sales by 25%. As of today, March 2019, I have trained and brought up my replacement RGM and been again promoted. I am overseeing operations for my old store, and another high volume store as District Manager/Area Coach. Both stores are being remodeled and growing quickly. I love my new career and my KFC family!
