History / Background Information: Pizza Hut is based in Addison texas. It is an American restaurant chain and international franchise with about 34,000 restaurants in about 100 countries. It was founded by Frank and Dan Carney in 1958 in Wichita, Kansas. When a friend suggested opening a pizza parlor, they borrowed $600 from their mom and set up shop in downtown Wichita with a partner named John Bender.
