Hi ia am a 45 year old married male looking to drive as a proffesional truck driver in America, I have 25 years trucking expericance and have had a life long dream to work in America. I am in the process of applying for my working Visa and would like to know if you can be of assistance or can refer me to someone that can assist me. I have been with my current company for 16 years and do 24000km per month as a solo driver on a dedicated route. I live & work in South Africa.
How & where can i get my visa forms and help in completing them.
Temporary Worker – No I-797
To obtain a visa permitting a traveler to be employed while in the U.S.:
A U.S. employer must file a petition (I-129) in the U.S. to authorize employment for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS).
December 11th, 2010 at 12:28 pmIf the petition is approved, the USCIS will forward the “Notice of Action/Approval” (Form I-797) to the employer.
The employer will then forward the Form I-797 to you.
Without an approved petition Form I-797 a visa cannot be processed.

April 16th, 2011 at 4:06 pmI ‘m a proffesional driver seeking employment. I ‘ve heard a lot of good things about you through Holly at Roadmaster Driving School. I recently upgraded my Class B CDL for a Class A CDL with TX Endorsements. The past 6 years I’ve been running local with my Class B. I’m running in areas like Daytona Beach,Orlando,Ocala,Gainsville,Alachua,Lake City, and Lake Bultler. After upgrading. My codriver and I at the time 48 states except Canada. Used to running 11 hours. Monday we’re on the Eastcoast and by Wenesday on the Westcoast. It was different being away from home for 1 month at a time, but I think it would be better if I was able to do 12 days out 2 days home. Also while I was attending driving school most of the recent graduates that would come back through would let everyone know how nice it would be to work for CRT. I hope to hear from you soon. John
