I am interested in being a sales associate for T.J. Maxx. I am thinking about applying online. Can anyone tell me what the benefits of a part time employee are verses the benefits of a full time employee working for T.J.Maxx?

I’ve been working for TJ Maxx for a few weeks and as far as I know, Part Time and Full Time have the same benefits, but in order for Part Time employees to “cash” ( per say) those benefits, you have to be there for at least a minimum of either 45 days to a year.

Can a TJ Maxx employee who has worked for the company for 15 years or more roll her 401k over to an “Outside” Variable Annuity to get protection and better potential growth?
