ShaQira Darden says:
I was hired as a cashier I at first thought the job was just a job and was going to be “ easy pesy “ lbs. BOY WAS I WRONG! This was my first retail/grocery store position so the stress was chaotic.HOWEVER I was offered a Shift Manager position within 3MONTHS! Yep that’s right. I was Intrigued by the company and its values and determined to make a Difference in desperately wanted to be a part of what I thought/think is a WONDERFUL company to work for. ALDI installed so many beneficial skills such as leadership, detailing, time management etc the list goes on. Although it can be stressful that definitely doesn’t outweigh the GOOD overall experience I enjoyed while being employed with ALDI. One of the best parts was my CUSTOMERS I miss them! I miss the company as well. I highly recommend this job! I parted ways with the company after being there for 2years because of personal life issues ( unfortunately ). I was told by the district manager at the time I can come back when I wanted too. I then applied to come back but I was turned down and I just don’t understand why. It saddens me because the company it self is so amazing. YOU ROCK ALDI AND I WOULD DEFINITELY come back in a blink of in eye!
