What Does a American Airlines Flight Attendant Do?
American Airlines flight attendants travel the world and provide excellent customer service to passengers. Flight attendants assist customers in multiple ways. For example, flight attendant employees mainly help passengers find the proper seats, help load luggage in overhead compartments, demonstrate safety procedures, and meet any additional or unusual accommodations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Flight attendants also help serve drinks, bring out meals, and answer any questions. Attendants see passengers off aircraft and clean cabins for following flights, as well. To qualify for flight attendant employment, applicants must meet several requirements.
Trainings and Qualifications
Entry-level candidates must complete company training courses for hiring consideration. Training subjects include first aid, emergency assessment, and proper protocol set by American Airlines. Bilingual skills may also help applicants find flight attendant jobs.
