    yes. the store manager in my store is a woman, and we have several women that work there as well.

    they are not difficult, though do require about 30- 45 minutes to complete.

    yes. employees get a 20% discount, though some items are not eligible for the discount (oil, spark plugs, VDP items, sale items, etc).
