    I worked as steward of Baskin Robbins. My duties were billing and punching of bills, solving customers complaints, parlor in charge, stock requisition. I enjoyed my time there.

    I’m a former steward at Baskin-Robins/ Dunkin Donuts. My duties included customer care, counter sales, cash handling, opening and closing the store, weekly ordering, receiving stock, and keeping the shelves filled. Best advice would be to strictly follow the six key areas under the company rules and regulations.

Duties including greeting the customer, offering flavor of the month varieties as well as suggestion flavors, billing, handling cash, monitoring daily and weekly sales, ensure to keep within the six key areas under the company guidelines along with pos,fifo,qsr,ecr including administration activity as needed.
