Interviewer: Please describe your job title and primary duties.
Bealls Associate: Associate on the ground floor. Just working with my other associates to maintain the merchandise in the area. From open to close my shift was make sure everything was put away and help other customers with what they were looking for.

Interviewer: What was the work environment like?
Bealls Associate: It’s a very calm environment, easy to work with, easy folks.

Interviewer: What was your favorite part about working there?
Bealls Associate: They had raffles. I thought those were really cool that every employee was put in the hat and a name was called and you … Like a 20 dollar gift card. That was really awesome.

Interviewer: How would you describe the application and interview process?
Bealls Associate: I put my resume and my application in and waited about three of four days and got a phone call back from them and do an interview with them. After that portion of the interview, the next day I got another phone call. “When are you willing to work?” I went “Yeah, right away.”

Bealls Associate: What kind of activities, clubs, activities I’m in. I’m always fully active in school. What do you do in your spare time typically.

Interviewer: What set you apart from other candidates?
Bealls Associate: Willing to work the hours when no one else wanted to.

Bealls Associate: Be confident in yourself. Just go in with a positive mind.
