Big Lots Cashier: Pretty much you go in and clock in. I did stock first and then they pretty much just switched us around.

Big Lots Cashier: Pretty much easy. It was a little hard at first. The application part was. A lot of questions.

Big Lots Cashier: Like: “Do you work better with others?” or if you’ve had a job before. Just stuff like that.
Interviewer: What set you apart from the other candidates?
Big Lots Cashier: I worked before and I knew people that worked there. Like I had good references and stuff.
Interviewer: What other advice would you give to a job seeker looking to gain employment?
Big Lots Cashier: To go in with a positive attitude. That’s what I would do.
