Interviewer: Please describe your job title and primary duties.
Carl’s Jr. Employee: Well, I was just kind of a general helper, I guess, and just worked where I was needed. If they needed me to help making burgers, I would do that. Otherwise, I would clean the areas. I never actually was a cashier, so I don’t have any experience in that area. But, that was pretty much it.
Interviewer: Please describe a typical day as an employee?
Carl’s Jr. Employee: I would go in, clock in. I would start off by just making sure that no one needed help with something, or if there’s something that needed to be done first. Otherwise, I would just start making sure everything was cleaned up in time.
Interviewer: How would you describe the application and interview process?
Carl’s Jr. Employee: It was really kind of a typical thing. I filled out the application, turned it in. Then, they called me in for an interview. It was at the location, just with the hiring manager. She asked me some basic questions, and I got the job after about a week or two.

Carl’s Jr. Employee: They just wanted to know if I’ve ever worked for a fast food place, same kind of questions you’re asking me. What type of experience do I have working with groups or whatever.

Carl’s Jr. Employee: Have fun, I guess. It’s not like a demanding job. Have fun. Be prepared to not be sitting around all the time, because they don’t really like that of course. It’s not very stressful.
