    On your application don’t draw Spongebob! That’s too cookie-cutter. I wore professional attire (nice pants and shirt), bring a copy of your resume even if it is a limited one. They are very laid back but don’t let that fool you. The questions are not hard but they are really looking at your enthusiasm and personality. Good Luck!!!!!
    If you don’t have a lot of experience just tell them “although I don’t have much experience, I am a ….(highlight some of your qualities [hard worker, quick learner, friendly, etc.])… and I would make a great asset to your team :)”
