Formats and Timetables

After submitting all of the necessary employment forms, CiCi's applicants may qualify for a company job interview. Store managers and owners often spend about a week cycling through worthy applicants and contacting them for an interview. Invitees usually receive contact by phone to attend interviews, which typically take place at desired locations. Interviews generally last around 30 minutes and feature a question-and-answer session between the applicant and store leaders. Some situations may call for either multiple job interviews or group interviews; however, instances of multiple interviews or group sessions remain rare.

Communication, Dependability, Dedication, and Teamwork

CiCi's Pizza interviewers look for several qualities to make up a great employee: communication, dependability, dedication, and teamwork. Questions mostly cover these topics, with applicants talking to hiring managers about job history, availability, and skills pertinent to the job. Applicants must be able to explain the qualities common to outstanding employees. Questions regarding cleanliness and sanitation also come up during job interviews. Applicants who remain open and honest during the interview process often receive much more positive attention from managers.

Preparation Tips

Job seekers should adequately prepare for the CiCi's Pizza interview. Prior to the interview, candidates should review potential job responsibilities, which cover large portions of the meeting. Additionally, applicants must learn how to self-promote and highlight skills to serve as the best candidates for jobs available. How well potential hires behave physically remains just as important, including factors like body language, eye contact, attire, and personal hygiene. Applicants should show interest in the job by asking questions about the chain focusing on topics like work environment, employee relations, and growth opportunities.
