Behavioral and Situational Questions

How did you resolve the situation?" represent common behavioral questions posed during interviews. HR personnel often pose open-ended questions, which leave candidates ample room for answers. Some examples of open-ended interview questions include: "How do you measure your own success?", "What drives you?", and "Why Cintas?"

If necessary, take a moment to formulate a response after a manager poses a question. To adequately answer situational questions, use the STAR format.
