Jack in the Box Shift Leader: I actually got the job at a job fair. They just handed out the application, and I filled it in. I turned it in to a Jack in the Box nearby, and then they called me back and asked for a short interview. I showed up, got the interview, and afterwards got the job.
Interviewer: What questions did the interviewer ask during the job interview?
Jack in the Box Shift Leader: They asked me… I remember them asking about flexibility and a lot of typical… strengths and weaknesses. It’s been kind of a while, but they asked me what experience I have with customer service. That was a big one. It was very customer service-oriented. So they asked a lot about that.

Jack in the Box Shift Leader: I would say to be positive, be patient. As long as you maintain organized, the job will come out fairly easy, even during the fast-paced hours.
