    The application is on tweenbrands.com.

Just go to the “Join Our Stores & DC Teams” option under the Career Opportunities section, select the job you’re looking for in the right location, and get started. You don’t need to print anything out, either–the application process is online.

I have worked for this company for 5 years. I started out as a brand rep and by 18 I was in management. We do NOT hire anyone under the age of 16. If you want to fill out an application go to the career section of tweenbrands.com. Once you have filled out the application, go into your local Justice store and talk to either an assistant manager or the manager of the store. They will give you further instructions. If you do not have any experience, that is alright! Just make sure you let them know you are wonderful at customer service and get along great with others! You DO NOT need your license for the application! HOPE THIS HELPS:)

My sister and I are both 16 and are both wanting to work for justice so gas is easier on our mom. She’s outgoing and loves talking to others… me on the other hand yes I’m outgoing but I’m shy when it comes to talking to ones I do not know. I’m good with kids but not that good with adults sometimes. Neither of us have worked any other job. Do you think they would schedule us the same time and days because of our situation with gas? Also what do you think the best fit is for us, sales associate?
