    I have many interview tips for Anne Taylor. First, if you have any of their clothes be sure to wear them. Remember to smile a lot and look the people in the eye, but don’t get creepy. Also, you want to make sure that you are familiar with they types of customers that they have and their return policy. Try and explain a situation where you dealt with a difficult person without offending them.

    Having a difficult customer is a challenge to me , because you can either convenice them to feel free to look around ,and offer your name, and offer your honest help toward there concern ,you can always turn a sale or a difficult return into a great sell, always feel their concern, and continue to comfort your customer the best ways you can once the sell complete thank her and kindly ask her to return soon, you might be having a great promotion offer in the up coming weeks or a special event invite them personally as you preferred customer. Know what’s happening at all times and always continue to offer great customer service you enjoy giving.
