    I was employed by Panera Breas in Cincinnati, OH – working in three different cafe locations. I was a Store Opener, with the responsibilities of unlocking the office, counting and verifying the cash in safe, loading the register tills – and then I would set up the Bakery Counter display. Then I would assist in getting iced tea and coffee made and insure the dining room was clean and inviting for our guests. After opening, I worked on the Beverage/Bakery register until lunch time – then switch to a lunch register. assorted duties were to tray and bake more cookies, if needed, refill coffee urns with fresh coffee, bus tables and be available for any other tasks, as needed.
