    Well one thing is you never want to be late for work or even showing up late even don’t want to cuss in front of your co-workers in the break room. Knowing what to do for your job tasks ask for help all thee above. The management team treats you all very well so does the General manager. You get to see one show with a friend on your own like days you are on work and before you start your shift you are allowed to see a show before you start your shift. Also you can have your co-workers cover your shifts on days that you or your person can’t make it and are allowed to request days off if it is approved with the GM or with the management team. Also no cussing is not allowed at Regal cinema’s in the USA. Having fun with your team players and your crew people is okay even to play around no horse playing is not allowed. No being on your phones but only at break times and break times vary 10 to 15 mints and lunch or dinner is 30 mints before your shift starts again. Also always smile to anyone whom you talk or work with and to be always respectful to anyone you see. And never be afraid to ask questions to your management team ask in a kind manner ,and a good way. Always if you feel something isn’t right with your self or with whom ever you don’t like what he or she is doing then please go speak to your GM or your supervisor about it or your manager. Yes on free movies to see and yes on breaks and yes on 50% on food products so pizza for you all say you pay $8.00 but for employees you only pay $5.00 on food products and for ice cream you pay $2.00 but people in the public have to pay regal price like a higher rate price. OR swell . Or ask them what is there favorite movie show to see? Like mine is Mary Popins great movie to see even Transformers the new one of this year saw it twice. Also you are allowed to see two movies by your own and one with a friend either one and one with your self or one for you and your friend then that is it for the day. So your movie to you and your partner when you work for the movie company is free so the person working for the company can invite the friend for free to them and to the person whom is working for the company. Huge discount also. Regal treats you all like they are a family to you all. One thing is never want to get fired and the good thing is when you get fired on a job Regal cinema headquarters will decide why they should rehire you back to there company so then you tell them why.
