Interviewer: Please describe your job title and primary duties.
Taco Bell Cook: I was the cook. I did a lot of closing. So, it was cooking, making tacos, burritos, the pizza, taco pizza, and stuff like that.

Interviewer: What was the work environment like?
Taco Bell Cook: The work environment was fast paced because you had a lot of orders coming in, and it would get real busy at night time. The environment was fast paced, but it was also nice.

Interviewer: What was your favorite part about working there?
Taco Bell Cook: To be able to be on my own. I didn’t really have someone standing over me. I knew what my job duties were and was able to execute them.

Interviewer: Please describe a typical day as an employee.
Taco Bell Cook: Typical day there… fast paced, people running around, needing orders filled, this and that. Needing more taco sauce put into trays, so everybody had certain duties that they had to fulfill.

Interviewer: How would you describe the application and interview process?
Taco Bell Cook: The application process was very straightforward. They asked you about your qualifications, and on the interview, the same thing – they asked you about different jobs you had worked and would you be able to handle the situations that may come about during your job.

Interviewer: What should an applicant wear to the job interview?
Taco Bell Cook: A nice button-down shirt, khaki pants – a nice casual look but more towards the business side.

Interviewer: What other advice would you give to a job seeker looking for employment?
Taco Bell Cook: Be able to multi-task.
