    What education level (high school or college) is required for the job?
    usually you can be a junior/senior in high school

    What other questions do they ask? How should you answer certain questions?
    Do you have reliable transportation? Do you have a flexible schedule?

    What should I wear, or how should I dress for an interview at TCBY?
    Casual, not too fancy, but not really trashy. You will be scooping yogurt and cleaning, not running a business.

    How much do they pay? Will they ask about salary expectations, if so what should I say?
    Minimum wage. Some raises will be given.

    Does TCBY drug test?
    Nope. But don’t do drugs. I’ve had experience with coworkers who smoked and drank. I’ve had to cover for them because we were short staffed. Not a pleasant experience.

    What about second interviews? When should you expect a call after the interview?
    Don’t really do second interviews, call within a week or so.

    There isn’t an application at my location, usually we just find people and hire them, and write their name and number down.

    Please don’t get a job just for the summer, it takes like a month in itself to finish training. There’s a lot to know in order to work here.

    This is all according to my location, which only has four employees. It might be more laid back than other locations.
