Potential drivers must provide social security numbers for background checks and upload photos of current state IDs and car registrations.
Fulfilling the Necessary Requirements
Uber does not interview candidates in a traditional way, but applicants should gather all necessary materials before starting the process. Applicants with criminal backgrounds are typically excluded from driving for the transportation company. Driving without a license, reckless driving, and driving under the influence are grounds for dismissal.
