    The whole process for me took roughly a month long. I’m not saying everyone will have the same situation as me, but that’s how mine went. I filled out an online application, took a few weeks until someone called me wanting to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted around a half hour, and they said they would contact me in a few weeks. 15 minutes later I got a phone call from the same lady who gave me the interview wanting me to schedule a face-to-face interview. The next day I went to the face-to-face interview and she asked me similar questions. We sat at a table in the back and she had a packet with questions. This lady asked me if I’m eligible to work at Wegmans and if I’m the right age for the job, because there are some age requirements for certain jobs. I answered, she shook my hand, and we began the interview process. Make sure you look at the person and are confident in what you are saying. Also, make sure to add some interesting information about the store. Even if you don’t find it interesting, at least mention it and act like you are. She asked me how much pay I’m expecting and even about criminal history. After the interview, it took a week to hear back and schedule my final interview. Once that is completed, they will let you know if you are the right fit for the job.
